Random kid skim-boarding, I don't think he known that I was taking pictures of him.

I am blogging from LBI today. Yesterday after my nephew birthday party my sister asked me if I wanted to come down to the beach house. So it took my a half an hour to pack up my things and go. Last night I got to take great pictures of the sunset and this morning of surfers. This is a photographer dream. I would love to re-travel all the places that I have been, to take new pictures with my new camera. Traveling and flying I really enjoy a lot. I hope this gift of photography would give me a chance to travel for free or very cheap.

I got on the beach at 10am and got off at 2pm. Oh man oh man my back is deep fried red....yummy. It doesn't hurt not but tonight when I'm in bed. So for tonight my dad and my brother in-law are planning to do midnight fishing. I think I'm going to go to take pictures of the sunrise.

The Killer Fog

Today is my nephew Brayden birthday party. He is turning One.

This picture has a creepy look to it. Why would I pick it to talk about my nephew party I don't know. Kids party, playground, fog, and looks like a horror movie kinda the same right, no? Whatever I like it and think it cool.

Today is going to be a short one.

Hello Kitty B-day

I forgot to post on the 28th, so I'm going to do one tonight and then one tomorrow morning.
May, 28 was my 25 birthday, YAY ME!

The Hello Kitty balloon is from my niece Zoey and the Orchards plant is from my father.
Last year he got me a cactus and said here you wouldn't kill it. So this year when I started growing my garden, he up grade me to the Orchards. My favorite flower, thank you dad.
And that is my ceiling painted in clouds, I did it when I was 15 years old.

This birthday I'm not going to forget for a long time. I woke up this morning at 7:30 and started cleaning my old and weather clothes out of my drawers. Then at 10 I went to a friend's house for breakfast with a group girl friends. We all made breakfast and talked about girlie stuff. Then I open my awesome gifts. Then some how they talked me into washing my car, while they washed there car too. Then I was talked into helping one of my friends paint two rooms at her house. Ok I cook, cleaned, washed, vacuumed, and painted on my birthday. I don't get that must done on most days. Then dinner with the family at 7:30pm at sushi place. After that I took my cousin to game night at HFC and then Starbucks.

Happy birthday to everyone that has the same b-day as me too.

It's not green

Surfer's at Long Branch, I saw about 7 out there. The waves were nice and weather was good. I got there around 9:30 and left at 11:30. When the beach started to get crowded I didn't want to stay anymore. I really like going early in the morning.

I hope this summer I get to see one sunrise. Sunrises at 5 in the morning I think. It would be better not going to sleep the night before. Get there around 2 or 3 and play on the beach all night with friends. When 5 o'clock comes I take pictures of the sunrise. That sounds so sweet.

Sushi

This cute picture was taken at the park by my house. That is a really gold fish and the those are vegetable rolls. It was nice to eat the props after the shoot. I did not eat the fish. I took this picture for a homework project. My teacher really like my idea. He said it should be in a PETA magazine. I'm thinking about taking more classes cause it just gets my creative going.

God was Here

This was taken in Woodbridge on a some random bridge. I was taken pictures all day for an album booklet. It was eight hours of picture taken with two friends and a dog. We had so much fun. My friend that the pictures are for has not seen them yet. I hope he will be please with them. As we watch the sunset, we were in shock how beautiful the colors were. We joked and said God was showing off for the pictures and I thank Him for it. It felt good to make someone day with just using a camera. I don't ever want to stop making people happy.

Me and my niece Zoey playing at Rutgers Garden. This would have to be my favorite place to take pictures. She was pretty good for me for our first outing together. Ever since then she ask me every morning, "Nina can we go to the park today." That day the weather was perfect. We were under that tree playing for over 2 hours. The second she got into my car, she passed out.

Now my sister Zaneta wants me to take pictures of her boy Brayden. She wants birthday pictures of him for his party. So I have to do that very soon cause his birthday is the 26th. I can't believe Brayden is turn 1 and Zoey is turning 4 in July.

Nikolina aka Xena warrior princess

This was taken at Daily Pond. I really love how this picture came out. This is one of my friends that has been with me for over 18 years. We live on the same block for years. Playing Power Ranger, Xena (me being Xena screaming from backyard to backyard with a stick beating up the neighbor hood boys), Cars, Tag, Man Hunt, and Video Games. We had a ball, and of course I was the only girl in a group of four boys. We always had the neighbors yelling at us to get out of there yard and always hiding in the Ria Mar parking lot.

He was there went I broke my arm in 5th grade. When I came out of the backyard where I fell. He was biking pass me, when I called out to he and I said "look at my arm." He said "cool" and biked away, he was there even if was for a moment.

I can't believe all the dumb things we did. But every moment was so much fun. I sometimes miss being a kid and not having any responsibility. Life was good and life is still good.
If you have little cousins, nieces, and nephews enjoy the time you have with them. They grow so fast and the time you share with them now, they will always remember it.

God's will makes you broke

This was taken at Rutgers Garden with my camera in the dirt to get this shot. I love my camera, I have Canon Rebel T1i. I walked with a friend 25 blocks in NYC to get this camera at B&H. It was so worth it but ticket price of 800 was a hard pill to sallow. I was blessed that my parents helped me out.

Week after I went back to B&H and get a:
tripod,
two 8GB memory stick,
extra battery,
camera bag,
wireless remote,
memory card case,
screen protector,
lens cleaning set,
and lens hood.
For a great total of 214, which is not that bad.

Last night at Staples I got two lens filter UV Protector and Polarizing Filter for 13.50.
Polarizing Filter are 119, that right 100 bucks and I got it for 14 with another filter.
Um wow!
UV Protector are only 10. So it is good to shop around. I got an email for 50 dollar re-bate from Canon for my camera. Sweet I can get more camera equipment. Or maybe a new remote cause I already lose mine.

BTW, no one told me that Gods will would make me broke.

In the Beginning

I'm 24 year old photographer. I'm well around artist and photography is not my only gift. You name it most likely I have done it. I started this blog to show people a day to day how I see the world. My photos are going to be of places, people, animals, and the most random objects.

It was only last year I got into photography. It was by accident or not, depend who you talk to. I started attending a new church and they just ask me to take pictures for one of there events. That's where my journey beginnings. Where I'll meet many people throughout my path. And get to share the most beautiful images.
